A Feature of the Information Machine

I think a feature of having so much information available to us in this day and age is laziness.

Filtering information through a variate in order to extract a narrative is lazy, disengenuious and flat out dangerous.

But I think people know this and that’s why they do it.

There’s a lot of money to be made by asserting {this group with this one variate in common} is disadvantaged in some way.
