… and tight shoulders that had fallen to the wayside are now being worked on and steadily improving. Currently, I have a bike, running shoes, jump rope, two kettlebells, and a few resistance bands. I actually find it enjoyable and rewarding to come up with completely unique workouts that I had never tried before.
I bought a jump rope last week and I LOVE it. I get up at 5:30am, chug coffee, hit the parking lot and do a simple 6 round HIIT style workout. 😂 bliss.
