I think this is a balanced perspective on the topic of health and fitness, which I’m all about. I don’t like fad diets. BUT any diet that helps someone adhere to their process and therefore reach their goals is a good thing in my eyes. The problem is when they try to push those diets on others in a dogmatic way.
As for fat, yes, balance is key. Some people want to get to dangerously low percentages of body fat which is a bad idea. But as you mentioned, there’s a threshold as to how much fat is too much.
