You Don’t Have To Publish Everyday

I mean you could but you don’t have to.

--

Many people feel the pressure to publish everyday. You could but you don’t have to.

What you could do is work everyday. You can punch the keys, put pen to pad or sit and think about your message everyday.

I could publish everyday but I’d rather focus on the thought and the craft first. I write everyday and I think everyday.

Eventually, I publish.

People get the two confused. Publishing everyday doesn’t mean writing everyday and writing everyday doesn’t mean publishing everyday.

Don’t get me wrong, if you’re writing for the metrics, by all means, publish everyday. I like to play that game sometimes too.

But you don’t have publish everyday.
